Spring is here, and we’re ready to Spring Into Motion—are you? 🌸

For the entire month of April, BariNation is hosting a 30-day movement event designed to encourage every member of our community to move more, no matter where they are on their journey.

This is NOT a challenge—it’s a celebration! There’s no competition, no pressure, and no rules—just an open invitation to move in ways that feel good for YOU.

And this year, we’re introducing something NEW: Walk & Talks! More on that in a minute!

What is Spring Into Motion?

Spring Into Motion is all about finding joy in movement and discovering how small, consistent actions can make a big impact on our well-being. Whether you're newly post-op, years into your bariatric journey, or just looking for ways to add movement into your day, this event is for you.

No fitness level required—all movement counts
No strict rules or tracking—move in ways that work for YOU
Community support & encouragement—we’re in this together!

How You Can Move:

  • Stretching at your desk
  • A short walk around the block
  • Chair yoga or seated exercises
  • Dancing in the kitchen while cooking dinner
  • Strength exercises while watching TV
  • Playing with your kids or grandkids
  • Any movement that feels right for YOU!

Introducing Walk & Talks! 🚶‍♀️🎙️

One of the most exciting additions to this year’s Spring Into Motion event is our brand-new Walk & Talks—a chance to move together while engaging in inspiring conversations!

What is a Walk & Talk?
Each week, we’ll release an exclusive video and audio conversation featuring members of the BariNation community, experts, and special guests discussing key topics around movement, mindset, and motivation. You can listen while walking, stretching, or simply relaxing—whatever feels best for you.

🔹 Topics will include:

  • How to make movement a sustainable habit
  • Overcoming mental barriers to exercise
  • The connection between movement and mental health
  • Stories from BariNation members about how movement has changed their lives

You can listen on your own, grab a friend for a walk, or join our community discussions about each episode! 

And the best part is these resources are available on-demand in the BariNation Membership Community, so you can watch and listen as often as you want.
