Our 30-Day Walking Challenge will take place throughout the month of November. Each day, Monique Coleman will share valuable tips, tricks, and inspirational quotes to help you stay motivated and on track. Additionally, she will be hosting daily live Walk and Talks, where you can join her for in-the-moment support, encouragement, and a chance to connect with other community members.
The Challenge kicks off on Friday, November 1st and will wrap up on Saturday, November 30th with a Grand Prize Giveaway!
